Roaster
Our search for the perfect roaster led us to Coffee Crafters and the Artisan X-e roaster. The Artisan X-e is an electric, fluid bed roaster that allows us to roast in small batches with a high level of control over the roast profile of our beans.
We are passionate about what we do and are always trying to find ways to improve. We track our roast profiles regularly in an effort to bring out the best in each bean.
Beans
A great cup of coffee starts with great beans. With the exception of our espresso blend, all of our coffees are single origin. Fair and direct trade and organic are important to us and we look to buy beans that meet these standards whenever possible.
